Newly renovated Town Square Towers one bedroom condo with deeded parking

 

Features:

  • Painted entire apartment including all trim and doors, and inside the closets and shelving.
  • Refinished all parquet floors including inside the closets. Sanded and added 2 coats of satin finish water-based poly (no odor & environmentally friendly), kept floors as light as possible. The flooring is the original ¾ inch parquet. The flooring experts said it is the highest quality parquet they have seen (due to its thickness).
  • Added new 6” baseboards, and new shoe molding throughout the entire apartment.

Kitchen:

  • New shaker style white cabinets with new contemporary cabinet pulls, and all soft-close cabinet doors.
  • New white quartz countertop and new stainless steel sink
  • New kitchen faucet
  • New Microwave (built-in over the gas range), with re-circulating vent. GE Profile.
  • New under-the-sink Aquasana water filter system, with separate faucet.
  • Updated the hutch/work table: painted it, added new butcher block top, and new castors so it could be used easily in the kitchen or for serving in the DR.
  • New kitchen flooring – LVT
  • New kitchen ceiling light
  • Added all GFIC outlets in the kitchen.

 

Electrical:

  • Replaced all outlets and wall switches throughout the apartment with new designer style outlets and switches.
  • New carbon monoxide detector, new smoke detector, new digital thermostat
  • Painted the balcony floor and walls. New front door with all new hardware. Both locks are keyed the same, so only one key is needed.

 

Bathroom:

  • Re-glazed the tub and the wall tile
  • New showerhead and curved shower rod with new roller hooks and curtain
  • New adult height toilet
  • New white vanity with cabinet doors and drawer, with marble top.
  • New contemporary single handle faucet
  • New towel rod
  • New bathroom light fixture.
  • Added GFIC light fixture and new outlet in bathroom (old outlet was in the old light fixture).
  • New floor – LVT – Luxury Vinyl Tile

Lighting:

  • Replaced DR ceiling fixture
  • Replaced front hall and bedroom hallway with new modern ceiling fixtures.
