John Mariz

John has been a D.C.-area resident since 1986 and raised his family in Montgomery County.  A former career diplomat, John moved his family around the world, giving him first-hand knowledge of what relocation entails for families and how the right home makes a transition a success. John spent a career negotiating on behalf of the U.S. and his pleased to put those skills to use on behalf of his clients.  He speaks Spanish, Portuguese, German, and French and has extensive experience with international clients. John forms a team with his wife Cynthia, who is licensed in VA, MD, and DC.
