Felicia, a proud Hoya, comes to the real estate profession via the world of education. Having taught English as a Second Language in an area public school system, Felicia has the skills to patiently explain the process involved from the beginning to the conclusion in buying or selling a home; whether to a first-time home-buyer or a seasoned ‘pro’; as no transaction is ever the same. She enjoys the negotiation aspect of every transaction – always looking out for her client, and striving for a win-win deal. She and her husband, Joe, have raised 5 children in their century-old town home close to Dupont Circle which they have painstakingly renovated.
Felicia has a passion for educating and advocating. No budget is too small and no problem is too large. From first-time home buyers and sellers to seasoned investors and distressed properties, Felicia finds solutions for every situation.
As a career Northern Virginia public school teacher of high school and middle school English language learners, and a mother of 5 grown children. Felicia has a wealth of experience in developing relationships. This, along with the ability to get things done, makes for successful and rewarding transactions.
Residing in a 115-year-old DC rowhouse with a very handy husband, Felicia knows how to hang drywall, fix plumbing, appreciate crown moulding and recognize the ins and outs of home construction.
