One of the toughest parts of buying or selling a property is the decision about the correct price to list or offer. Daniel and his team are on point in this regard. Specifically, I would suggest if you're a buyer meeting with other agents who provide a varying suggested list price, go with what RLAH suggests. Daniel was right on point with the appropriate list price and strategy and I admit I should have used their numbers, because they were correct (in a neighborhood with nearly no comparables). Additionally, he and his team were incredibly professional, and prepared immaculate marketing materials (street signs, photos, glossy portfolio, video synced to music, and an out-of-this-world website) that provided potential buyers with a wealth of information about the property and displayed my condo in the perfect light. Daniel also coached me on the appropriate steps to take to prepare my house for showings and media campaigns -- making sure furniture and decorations were appropriately placed, etc. Daniel also successfully helped me go under contract within 36 hours of going live on the market and guided the escrow process to ensure a 3-week close. Throughout the process, Daniel was not only extremely responsive to me (including responding to every worry and question no matter how small), but more importantly he was very responsive and thorough in dealing with agents of prospective buyers. He also took extra time to visit the property multiple times after I moved out of the condo (and out of state), but before close. I really think that Daniel and the RLAH team are top notch. I highly recommend them to sellers and buyers alike.
